Beeston is a pleasent suburb of Nottingham located south of the city between Nottingham and the M1. It is the home to Nottingham University and headquarters of Boots the Chemist  There is a very  attractive shopping area that has an eclectic mix of nationally known retailers such as Argos, WH Smiths, Boots, Dorothy Perkins etc as well as a variety of independent merchants that specialise in a wide range of products including fashion, cycles and unusual gift items. No town centre would be complete today without a charity shop and Beeston has a wide range including Oxfam, British Heart and our beloved PDSA! There is an excellent selection of food establishments including an award winning coffee house.

Beeston has its own train station situated 5 minutes from Pet Mart and the rest of the town centre. There are regular services to Nottingham, Long Eaton, Chesterfield, Derby, Loughborough, Leicester as well as further national connections.

The University Park and nearby Attenborough Nature Centre both make for a very pleasent way to appreciate nature and enjoy the fresh air with delightful walks. They are both suitable for special needs access.            We hope you enjoy your visit to Beeston.
